Be Cautious With Sports Head Injuries
Don't take chances with a concussion or any other head injury. See a doctor if you are knocked out for any length of time; if you aren't able to recall the last play or what period of play you are in; if others say you have a dazed look; if you later become nauseated or dizzy, or if you have blurred vision or headaches. Other symptoms that require a doctor visit: becoming irritable or confused; having dilated pupils; having difficulty walking or speaking; vomiting; seizures; and fluid draining from ears or nose.
