In your Member Portal, go to the Provider Directory and use the search tool to make sure your list of doctors, specialists and hospitals are in network.
3. Register on the S3 Healthy Benefits portal.
For easy and convenient access to your over-the-counter (OTC) and grocery benefits, go to Healthy Benefits Plus | Easy Access to Health Benefits to register and order online, or find participating retailers near you.
4. Review your Evidence (Explanation) of Coverage (EOC).
For full benefits details, refer to your EOC. You can get an EOC in either a printed booklet form (delivered by mail) or by viewing it on the Member Portal. The EOC can answer many of your questions quickly and accurately.
5. Schedule your annual wellness visit.
Whether you have a new PCP or an established PCP, schedule your first visit as soon as possible. The sooner you make your appointment, the sooner you and your doctor can begin planning a strategy for your long-term health.
6. Know where to find important contact information.
Go to the home page of your Member Portal to find information about how to contact Member Services and to find important phone numbers.
7. Check your prescriptions.
Make sure your prescriptions are up-to-date. Sign up for mail order prescriptions whenever possible. It can help you save money and ensure that you get your prescriptions on time. Manage all your pharmacy needs by going to the Pharmacy section of the Member Portal. When you go to the Pharmacy Overview page, click on the MedImpact Portal link. You can then see your personal pharmacy benefits, search the Formulary, find a pharmacy and order medications by mail.
8. Use the EyeMed and Delta Dental directories.
Quickly and conveniently find dentists and optometrists using the EyeMed Member Portal and DeltaDental Member Portal.
