Tommy Inzina is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BayCare, a leading, not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 14 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions. With revenues of about $3.5 billion and more than 26,000 employees, BayCare is one of the largest, private companies in west central Florida. BayCare’s inpatient and outpatient services include acute care, primary care, imaging, laboratory, behavioral health, home care and wellness.

Inzina became CEO on May 1, 2016. He was BayCare’s first Chief Financial Officer when it was formed in 1997, and has also served in Chief Administrator Officer and Chief Operating Officer roles in his 23-year career with the system. As one of BayCare’s top leaders, Inzina has played a key role in the organization’s continued growth.

Dr. Bruce Flareau is Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of BayCare, a leading, not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 14 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions. BayCare's inpatient and outpatient services include acute care, primary care, imaging, laboratory, behavioral health, home care and wellness. Dr. Flareau also is the President of BayCare Physician Partners (BPP), one of the first clinically integrated networks in Florida.

Dr. Flareau is a national speaker on health care topics, including population health, physician informatics, leadership development and health reform. He co-authored the book, "Clinical Integration, A Roadmap to Accountable Care," now in its second edition. In 2014, he also co-authored "The Six P's of Physician Leadership: A Primer for Emerging and Developing Leaders." In 2012, the American Academy of Family Physicians awarded Dr. Flareau the Robert Graham Physician Executive Award, a prestigious national recognition for his outstanding executive contribution.

John J. Gantner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of BayCare, a leading, not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 14 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions. BayCare’s inpatient and outpatient services include acute care, primary care, imaging, laboratory, behavioral health, home care, and wellness.

Gantner joined BayCare in January 2014 and has more than 38 years of experience in health care. He oversees financial management for BayCare’s divisions and plays a key leadership role in guiding the health system’s preparations for its shift toward clinical integration and a new, population health model of care under health care reform.

Glenn Waters is the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer for BayCare Health System, a leading, not-for-profit health care system that connects individuals and families to a wide range of services at 14 hospitals and hundreds of other convenient locations throughout the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions. BayCare's inpatient and outpatient services include: acute care, primary care, imaging, laboratory, behavioral health, home care, fitness and urgent care centers.

As EVP/COO, Waters is responsible for the operations, strategic planning and clinical integration of BayCare’s hospitals, ambulatory care and behavioral health services, and the administrative management of BayCare Medical Group, the region’s leading multi-specialty physician group with over 500 providers practicing in more than 160 locations in 45 specialties throughout the Tampa Bay area.
