Sponsorship Eligibility Criteria

Our criteria has been developed to ensure that dollars provided to community organizations align with BayCare’s Mission as an organization. Please consider the criteria when completing the sponsorship application.

How to Apply

Applications are reviewed monthly. BayCare will respond in a timely manner to the requesting organization. If there’s a need for additional information, BayCare will contact the organization directly.
