My experience have been superb since I became a patient at this facility. The doctors and nurses are receptive to my concerns and they make me feel very much included in my care.

The person I talked to for an appointment was very understanding , listening, kind and helpful. It was very much appreciated. When I left, I felt like they (everyone there, office workers, nurse and doctor) were very caring and wanted to help. Not rushed and sent home with questions and that I was an old person they didnt want to deal with.

Took way too long to get an appointment. Out of meds for weeks, due to never getting refills put on med refills.

She seems to be a good doctor but obviously way too many patients and too busy too go the extra mile for new patients

This was my first visit to Bay Care Medical Group and I am happy with my choice

I love my pcp and had recommended her to others already. They will be seeing her in the new year. I describe her as a very caring dr who doesnt just look at BW to treat you- she takes in the whole person- and listens to them completely. I said Im suddenly craving salt and eating a lot of it. She said my body is missing something for me to suddenly start craving it (I dont put salt in my food even when cooking) - so we will be doing blood work and taking it from there to figure out why Im suddenly craving salt. She did tell me to try and watch my salt intake because I could wind up with problems. Im trying. Its hard. But I do what she says

Dr. Salva was great! I am new to the area and Ive put off looking for a new doctor because you never know if youll end up with a good doctor and like them. I found Dr. Salva on my insurance companys website and hoped for the best. I really lucked out because she was very nice; she listened to my concerns and asked great questions. I was comfortable with her and she spent a perfect amount of time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. I am sooo glad that I found my new doctor!

Dr. Salva saw me this time (Dr.Laiolo was on vacation) and she was caring and listened to what my issues/symptoms were and prescribed a steroid. She told me to follow up if the pain did not subside within a reasonable amount of time and that wed move ahead with possible x-ray and injection. She spent time with me and listened.

I feel Dr. Salva is one of, if not the best doctor Ive ever had. The Winter Haven office is a bit far from where I live, but I go there just to be seen by Dr. Salva. Shes professional, so easy to talk to (like speaking with a colleague), and just so genuinely nice.

She makes me feel like Ive been seeing her for years, like talking to a friend. Had my last doctor for 40 some years and he knew me better than I know me. Shes extending that feeling quite well.

My care was great. Dr. Salva was very interesting my well being.
