    • Carol E. Ripple is a certified physician assistant. She earned her master’s in clinical medical education/physician assistant at Barry University, St. Petersburg campus in St. Petersburg, Florida. Carol shares responsibility of seeing patients in the hospital and in the outpatient clinic. Duties include history taking and examining the patient, ordering labs, imaging studies, ordering and prescribing medication, and coordination of care with the physicians and healthcare team. She performs procedures such as occipital nerve blocks, trigger point injections and Botox ® for chronic migraine in the office. She is also on the Stroke/TIA (transient ischemic attack) team and educates patients in the Stroke/TIA clinic.
