We understand the rigors and challenges of a transitional year residency. Promoting physical and mental wellness is crucial not only for helping our residents with their daily training but also for fostering better habits that will benefit their careers. Our program encourages a work-life balance through scheduled wellness days, resiliency training, wellness workshops and mindfulness training. EAP services and a Doc Be Well program are also available to residents. The compassionate care we show to our patients extends to how we support and care for our transitional year residents.
BayCare’s transitional year residents receive a competitive salary and an extensive benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance.
