Cardiac Rehabilitation

Our nationally certified cardiopulmonary rehabilitation is a medically-supervised program that uses exercise and education to help you recover after a heart event or procedure, or for individuals with chronic respiratory problems. Cardiac rehabilitation is designed for anyone with an existing or potential heart problem. Your doctor can determine if our program is right for you. Generally, our program benefits patients who have coronary heart disease, which includes:

  • Angioplasty/stents
  • Coronary bypass surgery
  • Heart attacks
  • Heart valve surgery
  • Stable angina

Getting Started

To get enrolled in the cardiac rehabilitation program, you must first be referred by a physician. Rehabilitation is covered by Medicare and many insurance policies.
