Located in the Schwartz Medical Arts building at BayCare Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, Florida, our cardiac rehabilitation program supports patients who are recovering from or managing heart conditions. After being referred by a physician, patients take part in a unique exercise program that's tailored to their individual needs. Our highly skilled and experienced team of registered nurses and exercise physiologists monitor and guide patients through the program.
