BayCare Morton Plant Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Program

Our cardiac rehabilitation program is located in the Cheek-Powell Vascular Pavillion on the campus of BayCare Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. We support patients who are recovering from heart-related conditions or procedures through physician referred, medically supervised exercise and education. Participants follow a personalized exercise plan with continuous monitoring while learning healthy lifestyle and stress management strategies to improve heart health, fitness and overall quality of life.

The four-story building is close to the hospital campus entrance at the intersection of Pinellas Street and South Fort Harrison Avenue. The main entrance to the building is on Morton Plant Street. When you enter the building, the cardiac rehabilitation program is located on the first floor.
