The BayCare Assistance Programs are confidential assessments, referrals, and short-term counseling services for employees, who have personal problems which could affect their work lives, personal lives, academic success and wellbeing in general. We offer Employee Assistance Programs, Educational Programs, Mental Health First Aid Training, Emotional Well-being courses, and Leadership and Development classes.

BayCare’s Wellness and Prevention services can bring a program of assessments, screenings, educational programs, medical services and other features directly to your worksite such as vaccinations and personal health and fitness. A wellness program can motivate employees, create a dynamic work environment, make the workplace safer, lead to new vitality and increase workplace synergy.

Through BayCare Urgent Care, our Occupational Health services provide expert care delivered by a team of doctors and clinicians experienced in treating work-related injuries and occupational health care. With after-hours services we provide testing, drug and alcohol screenings, physical exams and vaccinations.
