Primary Care/Behavioral Health Integration

BayCare Behavioral Health has developed a cutting-edge program for patients of participating primary care offices in Pasco and Pinellas counties. The Primary Care/Behavioral Health Integration Program includes on-site counseling services in a primary care setting. This provides a convenient, patient-centered, holistic approach to care that addresses physical, mental, and developmental health and promotes total wellness. Primary care physicians in participating offices must make referrals into the program for patients to qualify.

Veteran and Family Support Services

Veteran and Family Support Services offers free support groups to provide emotional support and assistance to veterans and their families. Our Veterans Resource Center, located in New Port Richey, offers support to active military, veterans and their families. This program is designed for those who are in need of intervention, counseling, peer navigation and outreach services.

Assistance Programs for Our Partners

Enhancing the well-being and dignity of every person is vital. For more than 20 years, BayCare's assistance programs have been helping employees and students of our partner organizations manage the stresses of work, school and everyday life by providing a confidential support system. From work and school issues to problems at home, issues affecting an individual’s personal or professional life can be addressed with our short-term assistance services. We provide an initial assessment, assist with problem resolution and initiate referral services for the individual or their family members if necessary.
