Targeted Case Management
Our targeted case management services help children up to age 17 and their families, and can connect them to essential medical, social, educational and support resources. Our case managers coordinate care to reduce the risk for out-of-home placement, advocate for unmet needs and support family stability. Case managers offer flexible support, meeting families in diverse settings, including schools and homes.

Acute Care Services
Our inpatient program provides a therapeutic and secure environment for children and adolescents who need medically supervised psychiatric care. Services include psychiatric evaluations, psychoeducational groups, family collaboration and comprehensive discharge planning. The treatment team monitors patient progress, with a priority on stabilization and a timely return to less restrictive community-based care.
