Pricing and Insurance

Urgent Care offers tiered self-pay pricing options for patients without health insurance or high deductible insurance plans. These convenient and affordable options make visits simple for patients who choose to not submit a claim. The self-pay option treats a variety or injuries and illnesses at set prices.  All visits include one clinic appointment and three levels of tiered pricing based on the types of services performed.  

*Self-pay pricing is discussed prior to the services performed, but subject to change based on the nature of the visit.  Additional charges may apply.  May not be combined with insurance.  Excludes workers’ compensation and employer paid services. Payment in full in required at time of services.  Prices are effective TBD. 

Our current cash pay pricing for an office visit is $115.00.
  •    Tiered Pricing

    Level 1 Tier: $145.00

    Visit Includes:

    • Office visit
    • Point of care tests
    • Urine culture (if ordered)
    • Common illnesses such as: Cold and Flu, Sinus Infection, Ear Infection, Bladder Infection
  • Level 2 Tier: $195.00

    Visit Includes Level 1 services plus the following:

    • Lab services (other than urine culture)
    • X-rays
    • Injections
    • Immunization associated with encounter
    • Nebulizer treatment
    • EKG
    • Spirometry
    • Ear Lavage
    • Strains/Sprains/Fractures/Splinting
    • Shortness of breath/Asthma
    • Steroid injections
    • Patient Under Investigation/COVID type visits

    *If you require more than four of the above services, you will be moved to Level 3

  • Level 3 Tier: $295.00

    Visit Includes Level 1 and Level 2 services plus the following:

    • Laceration repairs
    • Incision and Drainage
    • Foreign object body removal
    • Full Sexually Transmitted Infection work-up
    • Follow up visit for suture removal

     

  • Miscellaneous Services

    The following services are not included in any Tiers 1, 2, or 3. They include:

    • Workers’ Compensation
    • Physical Exams
    • Immunizations
    • Drug Testing
    • PPD
    • Fit Testing
    • Prescription Medication
    • Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
