Bringing a baby into the world and becoming a parent can be overwhelming even under the best of circumstances. Some new parents may be anxious or scared. Others may be concerned about financial matters or need assistance with transportation or child care.
Case Management Services

- Parenting classes, support groups, counseling
- Birth certificates

- Daycare and other school programs

- Food resources
- Housing

- Emergency assistance
- Transportation
Healthy Start Program
The Healthy Start Program screening can determine your need for services. This program offers:
- Education, counseling and support during labor and birth
- Breastfeeding education
- Help and encouragement
Florida's Healthy Baby Program
If you need more support, you can request visits from a community health nurse or perinatal support worker (social services coordinator). Transportation to and from appointments, educational classes and other social services are also offered.
