Preparing for Your Procedure

• After your physician office has scheduled your procedure, you will receive an email, text or voicemail from Simple Admit reminding you to complete your health history prior to your procedure.
• The Simple Admit health history will help us prepare for your procedure and ensure your safety.
• The pre-op nurse will review your pre-op instructions with you prior to your procedure, answer any questions that you have and confirm your arrival time.
• If you suspect that you may be pregnant, please notify your physician. Anesthesia and certain medications can be harmful to your developing baby.
