The practice is currently located in the medical office buildings at Bartow Regional Medical Center. Turn left off U.S. 98 South onto Eagle Drive. Turn right onto Osprey Blvd. The office is past Bartow Regional Medical Center to the left on Osprey Blvd. Now accepting patients 18 years and older.
