Our concierge medicine program, led by Dr. Antonio Castellvi, offers personalized medical care and services with the added benefits of BayCare’s clinical excellence and compassionate care. In addition, patients benefit from convenient access to BayCare’s diagnostic resources and expedited referrals to specialty physicians as part of our continuation of care. Annual membership is required. Certain cosmetic procedures are available with Dr. Rose Trotta.
We’re located in the Fifth Third Bank building adjacent to the McDonald’s, next to David’s Bridal and Dunkin’, off West Kennedy Boulevard, with parking in the rear.
