BayCare Health System has become aware of fraudulent recruitment activities targeting job seekers. These scams may involve emails, text messages, or social media outreach falsely claiming to be BayCare representatives.
Please be advised:
- All legitimate communication from BayCare’s Talent Acquisition team will come from an email address ending in @baycare.org OR @email-baycare.org.
- BayCare will never request payment or personal financial information (such as your Social Security number or bank details) at any point during the initial hiring process. This information is only collected after you’ve completed an interview and received an official offer from a BayCare recruiter.
- BayCare job opportunities are only posted on the official BayCare Careers site or trusted job boards. If you see BayCare jobs posted elsewhere, verify them against the official Careers page.
- If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from BayCare, do not respond, click links or share personal information.
