BayCareAnywhere® allows you and your children two years and older instant access to a board-certified doctor from any place at any time, day or night. You can video chat with a doctor from the comfort of your home for just $69 per visit. With telehealth, virtual health care has never been easier.

If the doctor determines you need to be seen in person at an urgent care center, you can print your patient summary and present it at any BayCare Urgent Care to receive a $69 discount off your visit.

What insurance plans are currently accepted for BayCareAnywhere®?

• United Healthcare: Commercial plans only, no Medicare replacement plans
• BayCarePlus
• Blue Cross Blue Shield: Full-time Publix associates and their dependents only
  • $25 Copay
• Cigna: BayCare team members only
  • Share and Premium policies have a $10 copay due at the time of visit
  • HSA policies will pay the full retail price up to the member’s deductible being met, at which point they’ll be subject to the coinsurance. Typically, patients will pay approximately $10 after the coinsurance is applied.
• Aetna: Commercial plans only, no Medicare replacement plans

What if my insurance plan isn’t accepted?
