When you or your child gets sick, you need care right away. For just $69 per visit, BayCareAnywhere® gives you high-quality care with 24/7 access to a convenient, live doctor so that you can get on the fast track to getting better on your schedule. All you need to use our telemedicine service is a smartphone, tablet or a computer with a webcam. Click here for a list of insurances accepted. 

Set up a BayCareAnywhere Account

Visit with a Doctor in 5 Easy Steps:


Step 1: Download the BayCareAnywhere telehealth app from your iPhone or Android’s app store, or go to BayCareAnywhere.org.

Step 2: Create an account.

Step 3: Choose your provider and start your virtual doctor's visit.

Step 4: If necessary for treatment, your doctor can send medication to your local pharmacy.*

Step 5: Feel better!

If the doctor determines that you need to be seen in-person, you can print your patient summary and present it at any BayCare Urgent Care to receive a $69 discount off your visit. 

*Please note that not all BayCareAnywhere visits will result in medication. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed through BayCareAnywhere.

    As long as you have internet access and a video camera, you can log in to BayCareAnywhere from a phone, tablet or desktop computer with a webcam. If you’re a first-time user, you’ll need to create an account.

  • What should I expect during a visit?

    You’ll speak with a licensed provider who will assess your symptoms, offer a diagnosis and recommend treatment. Visits are private and HIPAA-compliant.

  • How long does a visit take?

    Most visits last about 10–15 minutes, depending on your condition.

  • Can the provider view my medical records?

    Yes. Providers can view medical records on a dual screen for more detailed information.

  • How much does a visit cost?

    If an in-person follow-up is needed, you can visit a BayCare Urgent Care near you and receive a discount.

  • Is insurance required?

    No, insurance isn’t required to use BayCareAnywhere.

  • Can I get a prescription through BayCareAnywhere?

    Yes, if medically appropriate, the provider can send a prescription to your preferred pharmacy.

  • What if I need to see a provider in person?

    You’ll be referred to a BayCare facility and receive a discount on your in-person visit.
