Comprehensive Approach to Pediatric Brain and Spine Tumor Care

The pediatric neuro-oncology program at the Bayless Cancer Institute at BayCare St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital provides comprehensive care for infants through young adults. We bring together a specialized team focused on the unique needs of children and adolescents who have brain and spine tumors. Program features include:

Pediatric neuro-oncology is a highly specialized field requiring advanced training in pediatrics, oncology and cancers of the brain and spine. Our team includes a board-certified neuro-oncologist who is experienced in treating common as well as rare and complex brain and spine tumors.
Your child’s care team includes other pediatric cancer specialists, such as medical oncologists, radiation oncologists and neurosurgeons. Together with radiologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, technologists and many others, we coordinate every aspect of care so your child and family can focus on healing.
