Why Choose Us

Our ACGME-accredited, two-year program aims to graduate confident, competent, well-rounded community psychiatrists who will serve as model clinicians, educators, and patient advocates. Our graduates, specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry, are excellent clinicians, technically skilled in psychopharmacology and psychotherapy who can demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviors necessary to enter autonomous practice.

Rotations take place at BayCare inpatient and outpatients in Lutz, New Port Richey and Tampa, Florida.

BayCare has many career opportunities available, and we hope our fellows will practice in the Tampa Bay area after completing their fellowship.
