About Dr. Saad

Dr. Ibrahim A. Saad is an experienced and dedicated physician leader with a passion for medical education, resident development, and advancing health care quality. As the founding Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital South, Dr. Saad is committed to fostering a comprehensive learning environment that emphasizes clinical excellence, leadership, and personal wellness.

Clinical Acumen and Decision-Making

Dr. Saad has a strong focus on the continuous improvement of residents’ clinical acumen and decision-making skills. Under his guidance, residents are provided with opportunities to engage in complex cases and refine their diagnostic and management skills in a supportive, mentored environment.

Dr. Saad’s commitment to resident education is reflected in the multiple awards he has received for mentorship and teaching. He was recognized as Mentor of the Year for several consecutive years, underscoring his dedication to guiding residents in both their professional and personal growth. Additionally, Dr. Saad has been awarded Teacher of the Year, a testament to his excellence in delivering high-quality, engaging education to his residents and peers.
