BayCare and Metro Development Group Launch Health Navigator Program at Angeline

Metro Development Group and BayCare Health System are launching an innovative program designed to bring a new level of personalized health and wellness support to residents at Angeline, Metro's award-winning master-planned community in Pasco County.
The Metro x BayCare Health Care Navigator Program introduces a dedicated registered nurse who will serve as a trusted resource for residents, helping them navigate their health and wellness needs while providing easier access to BayCare services.
The program builds on Metro and BayCare's partnership and shared commitment to creating healthier, more connected communities throughout West Central Florida.
"Health and wellness are central to the way we design our communities, and that includes making access to quality care more convenient for our residents," said Metro's Vice President of Marketing & Communications Lisa Gibbings. "Through this partnership with BayCare, we're introducing a unique approach that brings trusted clinical guidance directly into the community while making it easier for residents to access the care and wellness resources they need."
The Metro x BayCare Health Care Navigator will maintain a regular onsite presence at Angeline, serving as residents' first point of contact for health and wellness questions. The registered nurse will also be available by phone, email and chat. In addition to coordinating appointments and helping residents determine the appropriate level of care, she will proactively connect residents with preventive screenings, wellness programming and other health and wellness resources.
As part of the program, BayCare's mobile health unit will regularly visit the community to provide convenient access to services like vaccinations, blood pressure checks, glucose testing and other preventive health screenings.
This next phase of our partnership with Metro Development Group reflects our commitment to making care more accessible and easier to navigate for the people we serve,” said BayCare President and CEO Stephanie Conners, MBA, BSN, RN. “As these communities grow, we’re working to ensure residents have convenient access to trusted guidance and services that support their overall health.”
"We are excited to bring this level of white-glove service to the residents at Angeline. This partnership reflects the direction Metro continues to move as we shape the next generation of master-planned communities built upon the pillar of health and wellness," added Gibbings. "Today's homebuyers require different health and wellness needs. That is why the partnership is geared around providing customized healthcare solutions."
Angeline is one of Metro Development Group's signature master-planned communities, thoughtfully designed with health and wellness at its core. Angeline recently ranked No. 16 on RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities mid-year 2026 report, reflecting continued demand for the community. Beyond its partnership with BayCare, the community features more than 60% preserved green space, miles of walking and biking trails, and a one-of-a-kind neighborhood farm and café that foster active lifestyles and meaningful connections.
Angeline will debut The Social, a vibrant community gathering place featuring a resort-style pool, dog park, playground and pickleball courts, next summer to both residents and community members. The design of the Social was centered around health and wellness to encourage recreation, outdoor activity and neighborly connection. It represents the next step in Angeline's vision of creating a place where people can live healthier, connect more deeply and experience wellness as part of everyday life.
