BayCare is opening its seventh state-of-the-art HealthHub location May 18 in Carrollwood, expanding access to comprehensive, coordinated care in one convenient location. The HealthHub’s integrated model brings multiple health care services together to simplify care for patients and families.
BayCare HealthHub (Carrollwood) supports preventive care, provides timely treatment for unexpected illnesses and injuries, and offers coordinated follow-up care — all delivered through an enhanced patient experience.
“We’re excited to bring the HealthHub concept to the Carrollwood community,” said C. Todd Jones, BayCare’s chief strategy officer and chief ambulatory services officer. “The HealthHub is designed to make care more convenient, more connected and easier to navigate, so patients can focus on their health, not the process of getting care.”
The HealthHub in Carrollwood will offer high-quality care from BayCare Medical Group physicians, along with urgent care, outpatient imaging and laboratory services.
Located at 11802 N. Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa, the new facility will enhance access to care for the residents of northwestern Hillsborough County and will be home to the relocated BayCare Urgent Care (Carrollwood), currently operating nearby.
The facility is designed to feel welcoming, with an open‑concept layout, vibrant design elements, artwork and calming colors that create a comfortable atmosphere for patients, their families and visitors.
BayCare currently operates six other HealthHub locations across the region, including Bardmoor, Bloomingdale, Carillon, Land O’ Lakes, South Tampa and Trinity.
