Clearwater, Fla., (September 19, 2019) BayCare Health System, the leading organization dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to patients in the Tampa Bay and central Florida regions, has been named one of the best workplaces for women in the country by Great Place to Work and Fortune.  

BayCare ranked No. 32 on the list, which was based on survey feedback from more than 4.6 million employees – anonymously rating their employers on more than 60 different survey questions.
