Dr. Lytle, former medical director of Cardiology at Kettering Health Network in Dayton, Ohio, will help drive one of BayCare’s core priorities of clinical excellence across the system. He will focus on reducing clinical and operational variation and improving evidence-based performance throughout key strategic areas.
“I am excited for Dr. Lytle to join BayCare,” said Teri Sholder, senior vice president and chief quality officer for BayCare. “His experience in leadership and quality improvement will help take clinical excellence across the system to the next level.”
