Morton Plant North Bay Schedules Annual Holiday Lights Celebration
Free Event for the Community
NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla., (November 20, 2017) -- Lights, treats, entertainment and giveaways will all be a part of Morton Plant North Bay’s annual Holiday Lights Festival.
The free, family-friendly event will be Thursday, Dec. 7 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Medical Arts Building, 6633 Forest Ave., New Port Richey.
In addition to the traditional holiday-themed activities, this year’s event features a peek at Morton Plant North Bay’s the new emergency department.
The new emergency department has expanded, adding 10 additional beds. When completed, it will feature 28 private treatment rooms, a new 15-bed observation unit, a dedicated ED entrance, and an ED lobby and waiting area with amenities.
“We are excited to open the new emergency department for patient care,” said Sarah Naumowich, president of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital. “The beautiful, spacious facility allows us to continue to provide the high quality, patient-centered care our community deserves.”

- Giveaways and treats
- Holiday snacks and refreshments

- Live entertainment and holiday music
- Tour of the new Emergency Department
