BayCare Medical Group Welcomes Neurologist Bhavik Gedia, MD

Tampa, Fla. (June 7, 2017) – Bhavik Gedia, MD, joined BayCare Medical Group and is now accepting new patients (age 18 and older) at 2727 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite 700, Tampa, FL 33607.

Dr. Gedia is board certified in neurology and clinical neurophysiology. He specializes in the treatment and management of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS – Lou Gehrig’s disease), multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, and transient ischemic attack (TIA).

Dr. Gedia received his Doctor of Medicine from Saba University School of Medicine in Saba, Dutch Caribbean. He then completed an internship (internal medicine), residency (neurology) and fellowship (clinical neurophysiology) at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
