Prostate Cancer, Stroke, Diabetes and Joint Replacement
CLEARWATER, Fla., (August 1, 2017) -- Health experts from Morton Plant Mease invite the community to attend upcoming health seminars in September focusing on prostate cancer, stroke, diabetes and joint replacement. The monthly seminars are free and held at BayCare’s various Morton Plant Mease facilities and community centers around Pinellas County.
Know Your Risk for Prostate Cancer

Urologist Chad P. Hubsher, MD, and Radiation Oncologist Peter Johnstone, MD, will discuss the signs and symptoms of prostate cancer, how it’s diagnosed and available treatment options.
Assessing Stroke Symptoms

Eric Lopez, MD, will explain the signs of stroke and treatments that can reduce damage from the most common type of stroke. Sleep apnea also will be discussed.
