St. Anthony’s Hospital Experts Host April Community Health Seminars, Screenings
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., (March 1, 2016) – Health experts from St. Anthony’s Hospital invite the community to attend upcoming health seminars in April focusing on Triathlon training, knee pain and weight loss surgery. Memory screenings also will be offered twice in April. The monthly seminars and screenings are free to the public unless otherwise noted and held at various St. Anthony’s and BayCare facilities.

Improve Triathlon Training

Join a panel of sports medicine, nutrition and Triathlon experts who will discuss Triathlon training and injury just ahead of the St. Anthony’s Triathlon weekend, April 22-24. Triathletes, distance runners and any endurance athletes are encouraged to attend this informative discussion. The panel will include John Gross, MD, who specializes in sports medicine and family medicine and acts as the St. Anthony’s Triathlon medical director; Jamie Fox, a physical therapist; Charlotte Mapes, a registered dietitian; and Roy Foley, a Tampa Bay area Triathlon coach.
