The monthly seminars are free to the public and held at BayCare’s various Morton Plant Mease facilities and community centers around Pinellas County.

A registered dietitian will share information and answer questions about meal planning, portions, calories, foods to avoid, foods to enjoy, dining out and more.
Smoking Cessation
