St. Joseph’s Hospital-South Welcomes First Baby
Riverview, Fla., (February 5, 2015) – Nikita Delva gave birth to a healthy baby girl shortly after noon on Thursday, February 5 at St. Joseph’s Hospital-South. Baby Emma is the first baby born at the new facility, which opened its doors February 2.
Delva watched St. Joseph’s Hospital-South be built from the ground up and was thrilled to be the first mother to give birth at the facility. She said, “It’s been great. Everyone was rooting for us, from the ER staff to security guards. Everyone was super friendly.”
The first 100 babies born at St. Joseph’s Hospital-South will receive a complimentary tote bag filled with goodies for mom and baby. The first girl and boy born at the hospital receive an additional gift basket.
