The Center for Diabetes and Nutrition Education at Baycare Winter Haven Hospital offers outpatient education services for people with diabetes and other related conditions. Our experienced healthcare team is made up of diabetes educators, who are registered nurses and registered dietitians. The Center is recognized by the American Diabetes Association as meeting the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education.
