Driving Directions to Winter Haven Women's Hospital

From Tampa/Lakeland:
Take I-275 north to I-4 east. Take Exit 28 from I-4 and head east on U.S. 92, Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland. Continue on U.S. 92 east through Lakeland and Auburndale  for approximately  14.4 miles. Turn right and head east onto State Road 544, Havendale Boulevard.  Havendale Boulevard eventually becomes  Avenue T. From Avenue T, turn right heading south on First Street North (State Road 549). You will pass Winter Haven Hospital on the left at the intersection of Avenue F Northeast and First Street North.  Continue heading south on First Street North. First Street North eventually crosses over Central Avenue and becomes First Street South. Continue on First Street South. Turn left onto Avenue O Southeast. Winter Haven Women’s Hospital is to the left.

From Orlando/Haines City:
Take I-4 west to Exit 55 (U.S. 27). Take U.S. 27 south for approximately 11.5 miles. Turn right and head west on State Road 544 (Lucerne Park Road).  Lucerne Park Road eventually becomes First Street North (State Road 549). You will pass Winter Haven Hospital on the left at the intersection of Avenue F Northeast and First Street North. Continue heading south on First Street North. First Street North crosses over Central Avenue and becomes First Street South. Continue on First Street South. Turn left onto Avenue O Southeast. Winter Haven Women’s Hospital is to the left.

From Lake Wales:
Take U.S. 27 North. Turn left and head west on State Road 540 East (Cypress Gardens Boulevard). Turn right and head north onto First Street South (State Road 549). Turn right onto Avenue O Southeast. Winter Haven Women’s Hospital is to the left. 

From Bartow:
Take U.S. Highway 17 North. Turn right and head east on State Road 540 West (Cypress Gardens Boulevard). Turn left and head north onto First Street South (State Road 549) Turn right onto Avenue O Southeast.  Winter Haven Women’s Hospital is to the left. 

From St. Petersburg/Pinellas County:
Take I-275 through Tampa to I-4 east. Take Exit 28 from I-4 and head east on U.S. 92, Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland. Continue on U.S. Highway 92 east through Lakeland and Auburndale  for approximately  14.4 miles. Take U.S. 19 South to State Road 52. Take State Road 52  to I-75. Take I-75 south to I-4 east. Take Exit 28 from I-4 and head east on U.S. 92, Memorial Boulevard in Lakeland. Continue on U.S. 92 East through Lakeland and Auburndale  for approximately  14.4 miles. Turn right and head east onto State Road 544, Havendale Boulevard.  Havendale Boulevard eventually becomes Avenue T. From Avenue T, turn right heading south on First Street North (State Road 549).
