Sarah Naumowich, President St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and St. Joseph's Women's Hospital
Sarah Naumowich has been the President of St. Joseph's Children's Hospital and St. Joseph's Women's Hospital since February 2019. She began her career with BayCare in 1998 and has held progressively responsible roles within the health system, gaining extensive experience in hospital operations, strategic planning, program development, and physician relations. From 2017 to 2019, she served as President of Morton Plant North Bay Hospital in New Port Richey, where she led major expansion projects and demonstrated a commitment to high-quality health care.
Naumowich holds both a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She also earned an associate degree from the University of Florida.
Under her leadership, St. Joseph's Women's Hospital celebrated its 50th anniversary, marking five decades of serving the Tampa Bay community. St Joseph’s Women’s also achieved designation by the Joint Commission as a Level IV Maternal Level of care site, providing the highest level of clinical care available for obstetrical care. Additionally, St Joseph’s Children’s Hospital welcomed its first class of pediatric residents and announced a major expansion project to build a freestanding children’s hospital.
