Rehabilitation Services in St. Petersburg, Florida
At St. Anthony’s Hospital, we offer both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation after a joint replacement surgery. Our inpatient orthopedic unit has a therapy gym where patients can practice various activities before they return home, including car transfers and stair navigation. This allows our patients to get comfortable with their new joint and learn techniques for getting around comfortably and safely.
Each of St. Anthony's outpatient rehabilitation facilities offer services uniquely designed to treat the needs of patients with the goal of improving quality of life.
Our experienced, licensed and professional therapists treat patients age 10 and older for orthopedic injuries and diagnoses. Patients age 14 and older are treated for all other injuries and diagnoses.
Our centers offer physical therapy, occupational speech and hand therapy to meet patients' individual needs. Each outpatient facility offers services uniquely designed to treat the needs of patients. Our therapists will work closely with you and your physician to thoroughly evaluate your condition and develop a plan of treatment. Our goal is to help our patients improve their quality of life.
