BayCare Wound Care helps patients heal chronic, non-healing wounds using a personalized, team-based approach. Our Wound Care Center is conveniently located on the campus of BayCare South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, Florida.
We treat wounds caused by conditions such as diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, venous insufficiency, radiation injuries and other complex wound concerns. Because every wound is different, care is tailored to each patient's needs and overall health.
You'll receive coordinated care from a specialized wound care team that may include wound care and hyperbaric physicians, nurses, therapists, dieticians and diabetes educators.
Please note: Your referring provider remains an important part of your care, and will stay in close communication throughout treatment.
