Our weight loss program offers individualized support throughout your journey. A dedicated Bariatric Program Coordinator guides each patient step-by-step, providing a concierge-style experience focused on personal needs and goals. The program works closely with your bariatric surgeon and their office, maintaining daily communication to help ensure smooth, timely and coordinated care.
Your care team manages all referrals and provides ongoing encouragement, support and celebration along the way. Whether you are exploring bariatric surgery options such as gastric sleeve or gastric bypass or simply beginning to learn what weight loss support looks like, our program is designed around you.
Park in the OneBlood parking lot next to the hospital parking garage. Our office is in the OneBlood building across Avenue F from the hospital. Enter through the First Street North entrance, next to the donor bus parking area. Designated parking is available in the lot in front of the building.
