The BayCare Metabolic and Bariatric Center at St. Anthony’s Hospital is nationally accredited by the American College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Our team includes board-certified bariatric surgeons, registered dietitians, nurses, fitness specialists, diabetes educators, psychologists, coordinators and patient advocates. We offer a full range of weight loss options, including gastric sleeve and gastric bypass surgeries and nutrition counseling, as well as support for prescription weight loss medications such as GLP-1s. You’ll get care that’s tailored to your needs, with guidance and support at every step.
The center is located in the St. Anthony's Resource Center near St. Anthony's Hospital. The St. Anthony's Resource Center is a four-story brick building separate from the hospital. When arriving at the center, enter the parking lot from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street. There are several accessible parking spaces as well as complimentary valet. Take the elevator to the fourth floor to register and check in and ring the doorbell that says weight loss surgery. Say your name and we'll let you in.
