Dr Newbold is an excellent physician. She provides a high level of medical care as she is very bright and understands how to convey her knowledge during my visits. She follows up on every thing medical.

Dr Newbold is the first doctor I have had in a while that I feel listens and explains to you. I dont feel like an open wallet moving through the system just to get my insurance money or copay as I do with other doctors. She makes me feel comfortable going to the doc. My cycle is every six months due to meds. When I am sick you cant get in and need to go to a convenient care or urgent care facility, but I believe that is all doctors as a whole and how insurance pushes things to happen.

Ronika Newbold was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my entire visit. She was passive aggressive, dismissed every single concern I brought up, and negated any of my personal concerns. She offered no answers to my medical concerns, which is not the issue, the issue was that with having no answers she did not offer any sort of plan to find a solution or express any interest in caring about helping me with my concerns. Word for word she said, I mean you can go to your sisters doctor if you want answers. That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.

Dr. Newbold is the best PCP. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. There should be more doctors like Dr. Newbold in the medical profession.

She listened to my concerns and discussed them with me in length. I received my flu and pneumonia vaccine that day. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Newbold.

Ronika is exceptionally good at listening and discussing my concerns. She is straightforward in explaining reasons why I should be on certain meds without being overbearing or condescending. She made me feel like my concerns were important and she wasnt just putting in her time. She took the time to listen to my concerns and gave succinct reasoning for treatment.

Dr. Newbold is new and it was my first visit since Dr. Flueege moved. I have to say Dr. Newbold is excellent. Her bedside manner is spot on. Her communication and listening skills are fantastic and she encompasses the philosophy that the health journey is a partnership with her patients. Both me and my husband see her and we are happy she was added to the practice.
