Not bad

Too much time focused on the computer and with my chronic health problems, I believe she should do a physical assessment on me during my bi-annual office visit, but she states she normally does them once a year during the Medicare annual appointment. Upon my request, she checked my heart and lungs, etc.

Love her! Very good and thorough!! Really stays on top of things!

My 1st visit to set up a primary doctor to follow up on a stroke. Very hospitable and compassionate. Very professional and caring.

Ive recently developed high blood pressure, everyone is working diligently to get it under control. I cant thank them enough for the time and energy theyve invested in me.

No physical assessment was done by the doctor during this appointment to assess my chronic conditions. She Is very thorough working on the laptop computer asking questions, ordering prescriptions, and tests and reviewing the lab reports with me.

An appointment was scheduled by the office for a physical however, a complete physical could not be completed because it was the end of the day and all the labs had already left for the day. Why schedule the appointment if you cannot provide all the services

I like Dr. Riviera and this office. But When I told her I thought this was a physical appointment, since my last one was cancelled by the office she didnt offer any clarity and try to clear up the confusion. She was very quiet and didnt say much. She usually has a lot more to say. I would have thought she would have tried to clear up the confusion given the circumstances.

Refilled my anxiety meds without doing an evaluation, then did an evaluation said I was moderately depressed changed the meds had two prescriptions in. Walgreens filled the wrong one. Also, was very sarcastic and talked down to me. Not my favorite doctors visit. Definitely didnt feel comfortable.

Not that personal and seemed generally unconcerned with the medical issue I am experiencing. If it gets bad go to the ER. So either wait for the specialists appointment that is weeks out, or wait for something to become a catastrophe, whichever comes first. This is not how health care should work.

Seemed uninterested in the visit. Was only concerned about completing the new patient onboard process, rather than addressing current ailments and creating a treatment plan for any current health concerns. Left it up to me to find and seek opinions from other sources.

The provider needs to work on her bedside manner. Her personality seemed strange and it came across as condescending or rude at times. I would never recommend this provider. Good things were that she did state prescription costs and took time to get to know her patient.

The provider was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable. This was my first visit with her and I didnt agree with some of her comments.

Care provider rushed through my appointment I never felt that I was her priority at the moment of my appointment. Felt like she wanted to get to her next patient and did not show enthusiasm to build a care provider-patient relationship. She did not have my records nor asked me to tell her about my medical conditions. I brought a CD with my medical records and was told it was a business policy not to accept CD. I couldve brought paper copy of my medical records if I was properly advised.

Dr. Rivera knows me well and makes sure that I am comfortable in her office.
