Lauren McCurdy is a certified physician assistant, specializing in pediatric surgery and sees patients from birth to age 18 as part of BayCare Medical Group. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and then completed her master of science in physician assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Myers, Florida. Lauren’s background is in general surgery, cardiology and pediatric orthopedics. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, in addition to, being certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support. Lauren is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
