No complaints. This is a wonderful Office and professional compassionate team

I met the provider in hopes to change prescription but when I had sat down, I heard through the walls that she had blatantly started talking about my reason for the visit and how she did not want to have me try a new medication because she believed that it could go on for a year and that she did not want to deal with that. She was completely dismissive of my concerns of the medication and said I should stay off of it until the depo hormones wear off which could be 6 months from now. She wasnt very helpful as I wanted an answer from a provider not a friend. She recommended I go to a psychiatrist, but didnt give me any patient education forms on where to go to start, or who would help me. She said that the state of Florida didnt need to give referrals but my insurance requires referrals for behavioral health. This was by far the worst experience Ive had with Krysta and I am afraid to come back as I felt uncomfortable knowing she would talk disrespectfully about her patients.

Krysta takes as much time as I need to discuss my care and what treatment I need.

Her personality is definitely not for me. I need someone whos gonna listen to me and have a conversation about my feelings my symptoms. The reason thats bringing me in she looked at me like I was crazy and basically jumped to conclusions.

My care prover was great. She listened to me and made sure I was comfortable during the whole visit.

Krysta is amazing. I normally see Dr. I was about to switch doctors and saw Krysta since Dr. didnt have any appointments. Krysta listened and was caring. She didnt rush me nor seem to not care. Dr. should be more like Krysta.

Both nurse and physicians assistant were excellent.

All was good - she is caring and works well with my elderly parents; mom is the patient, she has an Alzheimers diagnosis, and dad doesnt hear well. I am the daughter providing care for them and am always welcomed into the conversation.

This provider is good and took time to explain reasoning for treatment.

Krysta was very nice. It was my first time in the clinic as I just moved to the area 2 months ago. I brought my lab results from my last provider visit so she could look at those. It was more of a get acquainted visit.

Everything was great.

Krysta listened attentively and seemed concerned about my problems, and prescribed me an appropriate treatment. She explained what she was doing and made sure I understood her instructions.

This was my first visit and everything was great.

The provider was very caring and spent time actively listening to my corners. She involved me in the decision making process and answered my questions in detail. She was very compassionate to what I was experiencing. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with the care she provided.

At first I was concerned about her taking me off meds but I feel good now Im managing my type 2 diabetes alone

Because my wife is in a wheelchair we were brought in at the same time. Even though I had just cone from from the hospital, the provider seemed much more concerned about my wifes problems that what was going on with me. This may have been justified. She did increase my blood pressure medicine to help with that problem.

Provider is anti-medication, said she didnt like medications, and was rude about medication provided by another doctor I have seen and trust for nearly a decade. Her opinions were not based in fact and left me feeling frustrated and not listened to. I will not choose to see her again.

I had a few concerns that were not addressed or were pushed off as nothing. I feel like I may have had better treatment if I elected to go somewhere else.

Krysta didnt make me feel heard at all. I explained to her my symptoms and how they were reoccurring so I was concerned. She just said okay and asked did I run a fever , I told her yes. She asked was I running a fever now and I told her Idk, I havent checked today. Not once she did attempt to check my fever; which shocked me because I came in with watery puffy eyes, coughing , sneezing, she did say inside my noses was swollen from all the blowing in the tissue. I just felt soooo awful and she told me to just go home and take mucinex. She did a swap for flu test but no culture done or anything. She also stated I could have just done a virtual visit. Waste of time! I was telling my husband how great this place was when I visited my doctor Mrs.Hastings but seeing how Krista just got me in and out like I was a joke was just embarrassing. He even tried telling her how reoccurring my sickness was and she completely ignored him.

Always a very good experience with my provider.
