Dr. Bertolo is such a caring wonderful Dr. I have been uncomfortable with Drs all my life and Dr Bertolo makes a visit much better. When I saw him on the 17th I did not have an appointment my husband did but he knew I was very anxious and upset about a previous visit with a different Dr . He made time to explain everything to me so I was no longer afraid. This is something special that you do not see very often anymore.
