    • Fatima Music is a certified advanced practice registered nurse serving the skilled nursing communities of Pinellas County for BayCare Medical Group. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. In addition, Fatima holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Sarajevo in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Her responsibilities include, assessing patient conditions using their medical history, checking vital signs, conducting physical evaluation, recognizing symptoms, and ordering diagnostic tests. She can identify and provide specific diagnoses, while developing a plan of treatment encompassing medication, therapy, and other healthcare solutions. She can prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities, which are used to regain or maintain physiologic stability including, but not limited to, acute respiratory and abdominal illness and cardiac problems. Fatima provides communication with your supervising physician and works with her patients and their families to provide the necessary information to make informed medical decisions. She is bilingual.
