    This appointment was a waste of time, blood work was done but questions were not answered appropriately and now I have to schedule yet another appointment to see the provider rather than the NP for the same Issue.

    • Dawn Stone, FNP-C is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing and her Masters of Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. Ms. Stone has over 10 years of experience at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa as a registered nurse, serving in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit assessing, implementing, and evaluating care for a range of patients including critically ill infants. She has also served as a first assistant during surgery, and has experience with assessment and care of the surgical patient both pre-op and during the recovery process. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Stone’s clinical interests include cerebral palsey, sports related injuries and education of patients.
