Alyssa Wilcox is a certified physician assistant and is with BayCare Medical Group in Clearwater, Florida, where she sees patients age 18 and older. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, and completed a Master of Science in physician assistant studies at Misericordia University in Dallas, Pennsylvania. Alyssa takes medical histories, conducts physical examinations, interprets diagnostic imaging, performs skin biopsies and provides surgical support as well as pre- and postoperative patient management. She’s certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.
