How to Register

These instructions are for the BayCareAnywhere app on your smart phone or tablet. If you have a computer with a webcam and microphone, register online at BayCareAnywhere.org.

If you have trouble downloading or registering, call BayCareAnywhere Customer Support at (877) 716-5652.

  • Step 1 - Download

    Download the BayCareAnywhere app on your smart phone or tablet.

    Download on the Apple App Store

  • Step 2 - Create Account

    Open the BayCareAnywhere app and enter your basic information (name, gender, email address, date of birth, etc.). You don’t need to enter insurance or credit card information.

  • Step 3 - Terms and Conditions

    Click “I agree to these Terms of Use,” and then press the green “Continue” button.

  • Step 4 - Complete Registration

    You’ll likely then see a screen for the Immediate Care practice. DON’T click on the “Get Started” button. You’ve completed your BayCareAnywhere registration. No other information is required for your scheduled telemedicine appointment with your BayCare Medical Group doctor. You will receive an email from your doctor’s office when the appointment is set up.
